Marketing Communications Policy

We will not send unsolicited marketing calls, texts or emails unless permitted by applicable law. We distinguish responses to an enquiry from optional promotional messages. We maintain suppression lists and respect opt-outs. Marketing choices are not a condition of requesting a referral. For any direct marketing calls, we will apply the relevant PECR rules, including checks against TPS/CTPS where applicable and additional claims-management restrictions where relevant. We do not use sensitive health information to target advertising without an appropriate Article 9 condition and all other required permissions.
